CMS化

自宅サーバーのWebサイトをRadiantCMSでCMS化しました。
http://coolstyle.dyndns.org/
が、.htaccessに書くRedirectの設定が上手いこと効いてくれない。

Redirect permanent /opensource/tapestrywiki.html http://coolstyle.dyndns.org/techs/tapestrywiki

何がいけないんだろう？問題を切り分けて考えるポイントもわからないから解決するのが難しい…。
